Sugar Equivalents & Keto Sweetener Conversion Chart

If you’re diabetic or simply watching your intake of sugar, here are the most common sugar replacements as well as how much of the product to use to achieve the correct level of sweetness in your favorite recipes.

At the bottom of this page, we’ve provided a Keto sweetener conversion chart as well. A couple of notes, tsp equals teaspoon. A lowercase t in a recipe also indicates a teaspoon measurement. The use of a capital T or TBS or TBSP indicates tablespoon.

2 shakes of jar = 1 rounded tsp sugar
1/4 tsp =1 tbs sugar
1 tsp =1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp =2/3 cup sugar
1 tbs =3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp =1 cup sugar

Bochasweet Granulated or Powdered

The measurement is equal at a one to one (1:1) ratio.

Equal (powder)*

1 pkt= 2 tsp of sugar

Fasweet (liquid):

1/8 tsp= 1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp= 2 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp= 1 tbs sugar
1 tbs= 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs= 1 cup sugar

Splenda Granulated-

The measurement is equal.

2 tsp = 1 packet
1 Tbs = 1 1/2 packets
