My son loves those Lipton ready-made green teas with the citrus flavors, but at about $1.20 per bottle, I thought we could do better. Here’s what we like to use instead, which costs us about twenty cents per 12-oz. serving.
We buy the syrups inexpensively at a restaurant supply store – at about $3.50 per 750 ml. Alternatively, if you don’t have access to an affordable restaurant supply store in your area, you could always make your own flavored syrups.
