Cajun Roast Rub Seasoning Mix

Kick it up a notch with this Louisiana Style Cajun Roast rub that highlights a pork roast with the flavors of paprika, cayenne, cumin, thyme, and oregano.

You’ll Need:
3 tablespoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 teaspoons Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Combine all of the seasonings together, stirring well. To apply, rub vigorously onto a (2lb) roast. For complete preparation instructions, view Cajun Roast Recipe.

This makes 1 seasoning mix for (1) 2lb roast. These can be made ahead of time and stored until needed.
