Love the idea of Grab & Go yogurt, but hate the expense and added sugar of the prepackaged ones? Here’s a simple do it yourself recipe for making your own handy on the go- healthy yogurt snacks.
First, we highly recommend these lovely Norpro pop makers, they’re great for making your own grab and go yogurts- they’re washable, reusable, environmentally friendly and reasonably priced.

You’ll Need the following PER Pop:
1/3 c. of Yogurt, any flavor (You can also Make your Own)
2 T. Raisins, Chocolate Chips, Granola or Fruit Chunks

Mix together, place in a baggie or fill the pop maker, freeze overnight. Toss into the lunchbag and they’ll be ready to eat by lunchtime. For the baggies- simply snip off a corner and eat like a go-gurt, for the Norpro pops, just pop the top and squeeze the tube!

Yes, you must first rinse them under hot water to loosen them like you would any popsicle mold.
