Hawaiian Ramen noodles

Bring the flavors of a tropical paradise to your dining room table with this simple Hawaiian Ramen recipe. A few dirt cheap ingredients and you’ll feel like your on vacation.

2 oriental flavored ramen Noodle Packet
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can diced pineapple
1 lb diced ham
1 can red beans
1/2 cup fresh cilantro

In a pot bring 3 qts. of water to a rapid boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
After the noodles have cooked, drain and set aside. In the pot used to cook the noodles add the olive oil, pineapple (reserve juice), and ham. Cook till the ham begins to brown slightly and the pineapple caramelizes. Add the reserved pineapple juice, cooked ramen noodles, drained red beans, and chopped cilantro along with oriental seasoning spice packet. Cook till the sauce sticks to the noodles and serve. (serves 4)
