Ramen Kibbee

Kibbee is an ethnic middle eastern dish traditionally made with bulgur or rice and chopped meat, but slightly altered here with ramen noodles.

1 Package of Beef Top Ramen, uncooked
1 lb ground meat, uncooked
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon seal salt
1/2 cup diced onion
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

Brown ground beef and drain
In a large bowl, put in ground meat, package of Beef Top Ramen inclucing seasoning packet, cumin, salt, onion and olive oil.
Blend well with your hands, breaking the Ramen noodles and mixing all ingredients well.
Place mixture in an ungreased meatloaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
