Spicy Thai Peanut ramen is a fast, delicious main dish recipe that takes less than 7 minutes to prepare. It makes a zesty quick lunch during the work week.
Boil Ramen Noodles per package directions and drain about 2/3 of the water.
In a saucepan, heat the following:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (more or less to taste)
Once heated, add noodles and serve.
NOTE – do not use flavor packet that came with the ramen noodles, save it for a different recipe or throw it out.
