Healthy ramen noodle salad

Ramen noodles have a bad rap for being unhealthy or loaded with sodium, but they don’t have to be! Here’s a great dirt cheap Healthy Ramen noodle salad that tastes great and is very low in sodium.

2 Pkgs. Ramen Noodles, (set seasoning packets aside for another recipe)
1 Pkg. Cole Slaw Mix
1 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Red Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vinegar

Break up Ramen Noodles into pieces. Add to Cole Slaw Mix. Add almonds, sunflower seeds, and chopped peppers.
Toss together.

Mix olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour over noodle mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate.
