4 packages of Ramen, *can use any flavor*
1 pound of Chicken, Beef, Tofu, anything *For 4 people*
1 Cup Frozen Veggies, your choice
Cheese if desired.
Sauté meat until done. Cook Ramen in enough water to cover. Add Frozen Veggies to Ramen 1 minute before done. Drain a bit of the water when Ramen is done, you want a chunky soup, not lots of water. Then add flavoring, put in as many as you want or your family likes. Place in bowl, top with a little bit of shredded cheese, if desired, and serve with bread.
NOTE 1: You can also use Broth/stock if you won’t want to use the seasoning packets, I know they have a lot of salt.
NOTE 2: I like to add a bit of soy sauce, duck sauce, and a tiny bit of sweet and sour to beef with frozen broccoli. It taste like Beef and Broccoli you get from carry out Chinese restaurants.
Happy making Everyone! Hope you enjoy this as much as my family and I do.
i make a similar type stir fry but i do not make the noodles. when veggies are close to being tender, i add about a 1/2 cup water and noodles. Cover and allow to steam for a few minutes more.
Stir or turn. The noodles will be crunchy and add interest to the dish. It would be wise to never use salt packets if a person has high blood pressure.
