Ramen alfredo

8 oz heavy cream
1 tbsp butter

2 packs ramen
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Start by boiling the ramen as bag says.
When done strain pasta
use the same pot over a med heat and put the cream and start reducing it. Add all seasonings and continue to reduce. Let it reduce for 5 mins. Add cooked ramen and cheese and let cook for 1 min. Let cool, plate and enjoy .

  1. this is spectacular! i changed it a bit by not adding salt, and used the seasoning packets (chicken flavor) that came with the noodles (in addition to the onion and garlic powders). i used fresh cracked pepper to taste.
