Ingredients:
2 packages Ramen noodles, cooked in water and drained
2 flavor packages, included in Ramen noodles
2 eggs
any leftover meat and veggies you have, diced small
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the eggs and one (less salty) or two (more salty) of the flavor packets until well-blended. Add the cooked Ramen noodles and any diced meat/veggies you have to the egg mixture. Preheat a large skillet and the canola oil. Pour the ramen/egg mixture in the skillet. When brown on one side, flip and brown the other side.
