I love this recipe because it is WAY cheaper, and faster, than ordering late-night pizza! And, it tastes delicious!
2 packages of ramen noodles
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon italian seasoning blend
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
10 pieces of pepperoni
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain the water and while still warm, toss with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning blend. When cooled, form into a large “pizza pie” shape. Then, in a large greased skillet, heat the pie until ramen noodles are slightly crunchy (about 3 minutes), flip and cook the other side an additional 3-4 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Remove from the skillet. Top the ramen with tomato sauce, cheeses, and pepperoni. Place the pie on a greased cookie sheet and cook in the oven for about 5 minutes, until cheese has melted. Serve hot.
