Chicken ramen stroganoff

1. Saute boneless chicken, cut into small bites (1.5 lb), chopped white onions (1/2 cup) and 1/2 lb chopped mushrooms (can use a can, drained in a pinch), and one tbsp. soy sauce. Add 1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.

2. Prepare two packages of ramen noodles, chicken style but just use one seasoning packet.

3. Steam two small crowns of broccoli and cut off stems.

4. Drain noodles and broccoli, Add 1/2 container of low fat sour cream, and 1 tbsp. of chopped chives. Mix all together, cover and let the ingredients blend for a few minutes.

great with garlic bread and a Caesar salad!!!
