Oriental Grilled Salmon & Noodle Dish

 Ramen noodles aren’t just for kids- this Oriental Grill Salmon and Noodle dish is very grown up! It offers an elegant combination of filleted salmon, baby carrots, ginger and oriental seasoning blends.

Recipe Ingredients & Directions

8 oz salmon fillet
olive oil
1 package Oriental Flavor Ramen noodles
12 baby carrots cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup slice red bell pepper
1 T. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. lemon grass
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp. hot chili paste
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp fresh lime juice
recipe is for 2 servings

1. Rub salmon with oil, grill over medium heat about 10 minutes or until done.
2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
3. In a skillet saute, carrots, onions & red bell pepper until crisp tender about 7 minutes. Add ginger, lemon grass, soy sauce & hot chili paste cook 2 minutes, deglaze pan with 2 T liquid from Ramen noodles.
4. Remove from heat & stir in cilantro.
5.Place noodles on plate top with vegetables & salmon. Drizzle salmon with lime juice.
