Low Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup unsalted instant chicken bouillon — granules
2 T dried onion flakes — or 1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper

Blend ingredients. When ready to use, combine 1/3 cup soup substitute mix
with 1 1/4 cups water to equal 1 can of soup.
