Tangy Lemon and Lime Ramen

A tangy blend of lemon, lime and ramen with a touch of adobo and cajun spices.

This recipe calls for both lemon and lime juice. Here’s the proper way to juice a lime to get the most for your money.

1 Pack of Ramen Noodles (Chicken Flavor)
1 Lemon
1 Lime
2 Teaspoons of Adobo
1 Teaspoon Cajun Spice

Directions
Boil 1 pack of ramen noodles in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes
After 2 minutes, remove noodles from heat
Squeeze as much juice as possible from the lemon and lime
Pour out water used to boil noodles and replace with juice from the lemon and lime
Boil noodles in lemon and lime juice for 1 minute
Add Chicken flavoring pack, 2 teaspoons of Adobo, and 1 teaspoon of Cajun Spice
Stir together until everything looks nicely combined and remove from heat
Place everything into a bowl and serve while still hot
