Create your own decadent, healthy, full flavor fresh strawberry sorbet using only 3 ingredients.
1 quart fresh, hulled strawberries
½ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree, pour into a bowl, cover, and freeze 3-4 hours. Each hour, remove the bowl from the freezer and “re-puree” to create a very smooth sorbet.
Let sorbet set at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to serving.
