Create a fantastic frozen Chocolate Cherry Pie dessert using dried cherries.
You’ll Need:
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3-1/2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
- 3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 chocolate crumb crust [9″]
Combine Cherries with boiling water in a small bowl, cover and let set 5 minutes. Drain. In a large bowl combine softened ice cream, chocolate chips and cherries, stir well. Pour into Prepared chocolate crumb crust. Cover & Freeze until firm.
Just prior to serving drizzle with Hersheys Chocolate syrup.
