Eat healthier and get a jump start on your fitness resolutions while enjoying these melt in your mouth buttery bites of coconut, apples, peanut butter and a hint of vanilla.
You’ll Need:
- 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1-1/2 tablespoons vanilla
Combine everything in a bowl, mixing well. Form into 1/2″ balls and dehydrate (135F) for 4-5 hours. The outsides will become firm and crisp.
