Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix

Make your own Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mixthat can be stored in the pantry until you’re ready for a delicious cake with little effort!

You’ll Need:
* 1 1/2 cups white rice flour
* 3/4 cup tapioca flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 3 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
* 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Measure the following into a separate bag and place on top.
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar

Wet Ingredients
* 4 eggs
* 2/3 cup mayonnaise
* 1 cup milk
* 2 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla extract

Combine the dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag or mason jar. Attach a tag with the following directions:

To Use:

1 Jar of Mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Milk
2 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract

Beat eggs, mayonnaise, and sugar until fluffy. Add Milk, vanilla, mixing, the contents of 1 jar of mix. Mix Well until smooth.

Bake in prepared 9×13 pan at 350 for 25 minutes.
