1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup red candied cherries; finely chopped
1/4 cup pecans; finely chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Cream Butter and sugar until fluffy, add vanilla and milk, blending well. Add Flour, cherries, and pecans to form a stiff dough. Turn onto floured surface, form into an 8″ log, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate 3 or more hours.
Grease and flour Easy-Bake Oven baking pans.
Unwrap and slice dough into 1/4″ rounds. Place 2 rounds in each prepared pan and bake in Easy-Bake Oven until beginning to brown around edges (about 20 minutes).
Cool pans on wire rack.
