Raspberry Orange Cake

6 sliced almonds
2 packages yellow cake mix

For Each Cake:

6 teaspoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon orange peel; grated
2 Tablespoons raspberry preserves

Grease and flour 2 cake pans. Carefully Press almonds onto sides only of greased pans. Set aside.

Stir together 1 package of yellow cake mix, 3 tsp orange juice and 1/8 orange peel in mixing bowl until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Repeat process with second cake mix.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 minutes.

Remove from Easy-Bake Oven and invert onto small plate immediately.

Spread raspberry preserves over top. Arrange 6 almond slices in center of cake (to resemble a blossom), makes 2 cakes
