This pineapple upside-down cake brings back so many childhood memories! 🍍🍰 I love how this recipe uses simple ingredients but delivers such a beautiful presentation with those caramelized pineapples on top.
🌟 For a fun twist, try using fresh pineapple slices instead of canned—it adds a burst of flavor! Has anyone else experimented with different fruits like peaches or cherries for a new take on this classic? 🍒
This is a really good recipe for pineapple upside-down cake! I made this with my kids and it was amazing. It’s an easy to follow recipe that tastes great too.
My only complaint would be that the leftover cake should have been refrigerated because it didn’t taste as fresh after sitting out on the counter for 4 hours.
That being said, if you are able to make ahead of time or eat right away – then this recipes rocks! The pictures are also really helpful in understanding how each step should look like so following along is easier than ever before.
