4 packages Easy-Bake cake mix; yellow
1/3 cup blueberries
1 Strawberry
1/4 cup whipping cream; heavy, liquid
Cake Mate decorating gel tubes; optional
Prepare 4 yellow cake layers to directions on package and let cool.
Whip heavy whipping cream with 2 teaspoons of sugar until holds soft peaks.
Place one cake layer on cake plate. Spread 1/4 of prepared whipped cream, and top with 8 blueberries around edge of cake and 1 blueberry in center.
Place second cake layer on top of first. Spread 1/4 of prepared whipping cream, and top with 8 blueberries around edge of cake and 1 blueberry in center.
Place third cake layer on top of second. Spread 1/4 of prepared whipped cream, and top with 8 blueberries around edge of cake and 1 strawberry in center.
Place remaining cake on top of third. Spread remaining whipped cream and top with 8 blueberries around edge of cake and 1 strawberry in center.
Create designs on top of cake and around berries using decorating gel.
