Chocolate Mint Brownies

2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon Butter; softened
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Grease Easy-Bake Oven baking dish.

Cream together sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate syrup and flour until blended.

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely in pan.

Frosting
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Beat confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup butter and peppermint extract until smooth.
Spread evenly over cooled brownies, then chill until set
