Blueberry Shortcake

1/4 cup biscuit mix
5 teaspoons milk
blueberries
1 T. Sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Cool Whip

Combine biscuit mix and milk using a fork.

Divide into two portions. Roll one at a time on a floured surface to fit pan. Place each in greased pan.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven about 10 minutes. In separate bowl mix blueberries, cinnamon and sugar.

Let cool.

Place in bowl, top with blueberries and Cool Whip.
