Lemon Whipped Cream Pie

3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon egg yolk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon rind; grated
1 sugar cookie mix; (see recipe index)
whipped cream

Butter Easy-Bake Oven cake pan.

Make Easy-Bake Oven Sugar Cookie recipe. Press into pan and up sides.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 5 minutes.

While it’s baking, mix together egg yolk, lemon juice, condensed milk, sprinkle grated lemon rind. Remove cookie from oven, Pour into hot sugar cookie.
Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely in pan.

Add whipped cream on top, serve
