2 tablespoons peanut butter; smooth
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
carrots; sliced for dipping
broccoli; sliced for dipping
apples; sliced for dipping
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small dish, Stir until smooth. Add more pineapple juice if too thick.
Warm in Easy-Bake Oven until peanut butter is softened, about 9 minutes.
Cool.
Use as dip.
