Fruit Tart

7 teaspoons Shortening
7 teaspoons Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoons Vanilla

Topping:

strawberries; sliced
blueberries
whipped cream
individual size container vanilla pudding

Cream together the butter, sugar and salt. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix until a ball of dough forms.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flour on the countertop.

Roll tart dough out, use a knife to cut into 1″ circles.

Place tart on greased Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Bake for 5 minutes in Easy-Bake Oven. Wait for tart to cool then remove from oven.

Spread vanilla pudding on top of tar and decorate with berries.
