No easy bake recipe collection would be complete without a yummy strawberry frosting mix ! This recipe is great on cakes or sugar cookies.
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon drink powder; strawberry
Combine powdered sugar and drink powder in a small baggie, seal until needed.
To Use:
1 pkg strawberry frosting mix
1 teaspoon water
Mix together frosting mix and water. Stir until smooth.
If frosting is too thick, add a little water. If frosting is too thin, add a little powdered sugar.
Makes enough to frost two layers of cake.
one tsp. of strawberry kool-aid was way too tart! i ended up mixing powder sugar and water and them adding a spoonful of the original frosting and it still seemed too tart too me, but the kids liked it!
