Mint Dressing Mix

This tangy mint dressing goes equally well fresh greens or fresh fruit. It makes a lovely topping for a light lunch of fresh crisp cucumber slices. Create your own Mint dressing mix to have on hand for your family or as a fast inexpensive gift idea.

You’ll Need:
2 tablespoons dried mint leaves
1 teaspoons salt
1 T. plus 1 3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash ground red pepper
dash pepper

Combine the above listed ingredients into a small ziploc baggie.

Makes 1 pkg of Mix

Attach a Tag with the following Directions:

1 pkg Mix
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil

*Optional Ingredient**

Combine all ingredients in small cruet bottle. Let set at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
