This lovely dressing adds zest to vegetable side dishes, particularly when served over steamed asparagus spears. It’s a delicious addition to the table that will have even the pickiest of eaters munching down their vegetables.
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoons salt
3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash ground red pepper
Combine the above listed ingredients into a small ziploc baggie.
Makes 1 pkg of Mix
Attach a Tag with the following Directions:
1 pkg Mix
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
4 teaspoons minced pimento
1 finely chopped, hard-cooked egg
Combine all ingredients in small cruet bottle. Let set at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
