Savor the taste of a peppery Parmesan vinaigrette over select baby greens. This Parmesan dressing mix makes a lovely addition to any gift basket.
You’ll Need:
3 to 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoons salt
3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash ground red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine the above listed ingredients into a small ziploc baggie.

1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
Combine mix, vinegar and oil in small cruet bottle. Let set at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
