Enhance your coffee with a slightly minty rich chocolate creamer mix. This recipe is sure to become a requested favorite during the holidays!
Combine the following in a blender, powder/blend well.
- 3/4 C. powdered coffee creamer
- 1/2 C. Dutch process cocoa
- 3/4 C. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 t. Peppermint extract
Store in vacuum seal bags, ziploc bags or in jars, as desired.
Makes 30 (1 T.) servings. Add to hot coffee or cocoa.
