This recipe is relatively easy to duplicate in a college dorm and makes a dirt cheap breakfast that is filling.

You’ll Need:
1 pkg Ramen Noodles, any flavor
1-2 eggs
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, thinly sliced

Put the entire unbroken block of ramen in a pot with just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once the water begins to boil, add seasoning & a layer of tomato slices, layer of onion slices. Pour the egg(s) on top, put on a lid, cook for 1 minute or so. Serve!

We had a mini fridge in our dorm so this recipe was one of our favorites.
