Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Here is a super simple recipe that can be made ahead of time, refrigerated & reheated. It doubles/triples well and is a definite crowd pleaser. The sweet flavors of pineapple combined with the slightly sour mandarin orange create a tangy sauce your tastebuds will crave.

* 1 bottle LaChoy Sweet-n-Sour Sauce
* 1 can pineapple chunks, un-drained
* 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
* 1 kielbasa, cut into chunks

Simply dump all the ingredients into a crock-pot, turn on low/med & simmer 1-2 hrs, or it can be made on the stovetop.
