This recipe is a copycat of General Foods International Cafe Vienna mix. It’s sweetened with sugar, but is easily adaptable to splenda. In order to achieve the closest flavor match, be sure not to substitute the Maxwell House instant coffee for another brand.
Cafe Viennese Coffee Mix
1/4 C. Powered Creamer
1/3 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Instant Maxwell House Coffee
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Process in a blender on liquefy until well powdered. Store in an
air tight container.
Use 2-3 Tablespoons per mug of hot water.
