Potato Bread Mix

3-1/4 cups Flour
1/2 cup Dry Potato Flakes
1 Tbsp. White Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Salt

Combine in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar)

1-1/4 cups Warm Water (110 degrees F)
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2-3/4 tsp. Active Dry Yeast (1 pkg.) Or
2-3/4 tsp. Quick Acting Active Dry Yeast (1 pkg.)

Follow directions on your bread machine:

Set your bread maker:
Regular, Basic, or Wheat with light/medium setting as you prefer.

  1. :shemademe1:YUP! My mum makes me do it all the time! She absolutely loves this potato bread recipe.

    forget giving it as gifts, I just keep the kitchen stocked. It’s far less to make than to purchase half way decent bread and tastes fantastic!

    Hint: I hate the little holes in the bottom of my bread from the paddles so I just use the dough cycle and then let it rise for an hour or so in a oiled bread pan before baking it for 30 – 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven
