2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3 C. Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Measure first 4 ingredients into a ziploc or vacuum seal bag
& Store in Freezer, to make add the mix and the following
remaining ingredients in the order your machine manufacturer
recommends:
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 Cup Buttermilk (you could also use buttermilk powder
in the recipe and just adjust the water amounts)
1/2 cup Water
All wet ingredients need to be warm or at room temperature.
Regular or sweet cycle with light/medium setting as you prefer
