French Toast

4 loaves homemade bread, 1/2-3/4 inch thick sliced
8 eggs
4 cups milk
1 T sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Beat the eggs, mil and remaining ingredients. Dip slices of bread into this mixture and fry in a little hot fat until a delicate brown.

Cool. Flash Freeze prior to vacuum sealing, or wrap in saran wrap and toss into freezer.

For a quick breakfast, pop 2 in the toaster and serve with butter and maple syrup.

  1. this sounds good. i love that it can be put in a toaster.i must go out and buy one. i also love that it makes alot.

    i have a big family and they eat alot about 3-4 pieces a piece.

    • Can u explain to me what or how to flas freeze?

      Spread them out on a cookie sheet or tray and put in the freezer for about an hour or until frozen. Then you put your frozen foods into a freezer container or bags for longer freezer storage. Hope that helps.
