1/2 tsp salt
1 C. Milk
2 Eggs

Heat oven to 425. Beat ingredients together with a wire whisk or rotary beater until just smooth. Pour into well-greased muffin tins, (about halfway) and bake till golden brown, about 40-45 minutes.
These freeze very well and can be reheated in a paper bag in the oven at 425 for 3-5 minutes.

    • Can you post a picture of what a pop over is? New to me too.

      Popover:

A popover is a light, hollow roll made from an egg batter similar to that of Yorkshire pudding, typically baked in muffin tins or dedicated popover pans, which have straight-walled sides rather than angled. Wikipedia
