Lemon Gelatin Mix
Combine unflavored gelatin and lemonade crystals.
To use, put Lemon Gelatin Mix in 1 cup cold water and allow the mixture to soften for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Pour into a mold. Chill until firm enough to unmold. Serves 4.
For a refreshing dessert bake a lemon cake, once it’s cooled, poke holes in the top every two inches and pour cooled lemon gelatin over the top. Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream on top. This makes the most delicious, moist lemon cake!
