Apple Cobbler Mix
1 tablespoon tapioca or cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine in small bag mixing well.
In a small mixing bowl, combine:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon dry egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Seal in Vacuum Seal Bag.
Attach both bags to a 1-quart jar of home-canned apples with instructions.
Combine ingredients of small bag with one quart apples in 8-by-8 or 9-by-9 pan. Set aside.
Combine ingredients of larger bag with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. (This is thick.) Spoon and spread over apple mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until topping is golden brown.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, dry egg, and salt.
- Seal the larger mixture in a vacuum-seal bag or airtight bag.
- To bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the small bag with 1 quart apples in an 8-by-8-inch or 9-by-9-inch pan. Set aside.
- Combine the larger bag with butter or margarine, water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. The mixture will be thick.
- Spoon and spread the topping over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
