1 cup flour
2/3 cups corn meal
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons shortening

Combine all ingredients in Jar Or vacuum seal bag.

To use: 1lb Hotdogs
Combine mix , 1 egg & 2/3 c. milk.

Insert wooden sticks into hot dogs. Dip hot dogs
into batter, coating thoroughly. Deep fry until
batter is browned.
