1 – 12oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. peppermint candies ground into powder
Finely grind all ingredients together & store in jars or vacuum seal bags.
1 1/2 cup mix
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened.
Shape into a ball, wrap in saran wrap and chill 2 hours. Serve with Holiday Cookies.
