Herb Veggie Dip Mix
1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons dried tarragon leaves
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper.
Measure all into a ziploc baggie & seal until ready to use

1 T. mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

- Seal and shake until evenly combined.
- To prepare dip, stir 1 tablespoon of mix with 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
- Let the dip stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
