1/3 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning blend
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Measure all into a ziploc baggie & seal until ready to use

Instructions

  1. Measure the powdered Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, celery seed, sesame seeds, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a zip-top bag or small airtight jar.
  2. Seal and shake well to combine.
  3. Store sealed until ready to use.
  4. For oil and vinegar Italian salad dressing, combine 1 tablespoon mix, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 cup oil, and 1/4 cup vinegar in a dressing carafe and shake well.
  5. For creamy Italian salad dressing, combine 1 tablespoon mix, 1/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt, and 1 tablespoon water in a dressing carafe and shake well.
  6. For creamy Italian dip, combine 1 tablespoon mix, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, yogurt, or sour cream with 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Chill 2 hours before serving.
