Chicken Ramen Diablo – Ramen Noodle Recipes

1 package chicken ramen noodles
2 cups water
1 chicken breast
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, snipped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves
1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 cup water mixed with seasoning packet
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour

What to do:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Brown
Chicken. In small sauce pan, heat margarine on low until golden
brown. Blend in flour, stirring until deep brown. Remove from heat
and add water and spices. Heat to boiling, stirring for one minute.

Top noodles with meat and sauce.

  1. this recipe was super delicious! we tripled the recipe, for the top ramen’s we used two roasted chicken and one oriental. and to add some spice we added about 2 tsp.

    new mexico chili powder, great recipe! highly recommend!

  2. i had it and it was good, but next time i would add less vinegar because it was a little over-powering. maybe 1/2 tbsp. vinegar.
