1 package chicken ramen noodles
2 cups water
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup firm margarine
1 chicken breast
What to do:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Brown chicken, season with 1/4 seasoning packet. In small sauce pan, stir egg yolks and lemon juice briskly with a spoon. Add half of the margarine and stir over low heat until margarine melts. Add remaining margarine, stirring briskly until margarine melts and sauce
thickens. Top noodles with chicken and sauce.
