If you read the nutrition info on the package of ramen noodles, they consider each package TWO servings! And check out the sodium content! Through the roof! Just throw that flavor packet away. Instead, add in the bottom of your bowl, one serving of sodium-free beef or chicken bouillon powder, a pinch of black pepper, (sodium-free lemon pepper if you have it); three shakes of Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning; a pinch of dried thyme leaves; and 2 shakes of a salt-free southwest seasoning mix. Add noodles, then fill the bowl with cold water. Microwave for 3 minutes, then let set for a minutes before eating. Stir to combine all the spices and enjoy. So much healthier.
